Chroma comes from the Greek word “chroma” At Chroma we believe every child brings their own beautiful color to the world. Chroma represents the full spectrum of growth, learning, and possibility within each child. Just as many colors come together to create something extraordinary, we nurture every child’s unique strengths, personality, and talents helping them grow into confident, curious, and capable learners. Our educators are state-certified professionals who understand that the most important credential is kindness.Through compassion, patience, and genuine care, they help bring out the Chroma in every child.

The Prismpath™ method

Five pillars. One prism.

A prism refracts light into clear dimensions. Prismpath™ refracts play into five pillars of development — and rebalances the mix at each age.

one

Physical

Motor skills, sensory processing, gross and fine coordination through movement and exploration.

two

Emotional

Attachment, self-regulation, and the confidence to name what is felt before reacting to it.

four

Academic

Literacy, numeracy, and curiosity — aligned to GELDS standards and the GA Pre-K framework.

five

Creative

Visual art, music, dramatic play, and the freedom to make things that did not exist that morning.

Preschool

Introduction to structured learning centers and collaborative play. We channel their boundless energy into creative expression and early concepts.

The "me" stage turns into the "we" stage. Social skills skyrocket as cooperative play begins. Creative expression is central to learning abstract concepts.

Our 3yo has been attending Chroma @ Satellite for a month now and my child is absolutely enjoying every minute of it. The daycare has a curriculum they follow that has a good balance of learning and socializing. My child seems to like all the teachers, which means they don’t cross any boundaries as my child is very outspoken. The director and assistant director are hands on, receptive to feedback and respond quickly. We are very happy with this daycare academy.

Let me start off by saying this is the best camp my daughter has attended. She is always so excited to go. My daughter can be sensitive at times and Ms. Kaitlin and Ms. Linda have been working with her and have been so patient. The director Ms.Keeta and her staff are so welcoming and professional. You can feel the loving energy when you walk through the door. The activities they do with the children are not only fun, but educational. We are truly grateful they were referred to us. We will be back next summer! Keep up the great work CHROMA Satellite 🫶🏻

My daughter has been going here since before the ownership change (before Discovery Point), & ever since the transition my baby girl has had tons more fun & activity to do. The updates throughout the day is definitely something new & improved & I love to see what she’s up to, seeing what’s she eating etc. The staff is extremely great with my baby, & friendly to each & every parent that steps foot into the facility. Very glad this transition happens & I look forward to continue working with Chroma!

Cherokee Academy has been an absolute blessing for our family. Every morning when I drop my child off for pre-K, I’m greeted by the warm, welcoming presence of the director Nadine, and it truly sets the tone for the day. That simple, genuine kindness means more than words can express. It gives me such peace knowing my child is stepping into a place where they are cared for, seen, and valued. The entire staff at Cherokee Academy is exceptional. Their passion for early childhood education shines through in everything they do—from the thoughtfully planned activities to the nurturing way they guide each child’s growth. My little one comes home excited, confident, and full of stories about what they’ve learned, and I can see the difference their approach makes. Cherokee Academy isn’t just a school, it feels like a community that truly invests in children. I couldn’t be more grateful for the warmth, professionalism, and dedication they show every single day. Highly, highly recommend!

Enrolling My Daughter Here Was One Of The Best Decisions I’ve Made. Since Being There My Daughter Is Speaking & Learning A lot More Because Of The Early Learning Program. She Loves Her Teachers & Runs To Them Everyday When Dropping Off. They Really Love & Care For Your Kids & I Highly Recommend Enrolling Your Children Here.

My son started attending this daycare when he was just a baby up through him being 3.5. This is such a wonderful daycare and I really trusted them with caring for my son. I hated that we moved and we had to switch daycares, but they are so friendly, caring, and loving to the children. We will miss Ms. Maria and all the staff, they were so wonderful to us. I would recommend this daycare because not only are the staff wonderful, but my son learned so much going there and you can tell that the teachers really love the kids. Thank you all for everything!
