Dear Chroma Early Learning Academy Families,
I'm excited to introduce myself as the newest member of the administrative team here at Chroma Early Learning Academy. My name is Maranda Dill, and I bring several years of experience serving as a childcare director, where I've had the privilege of supporting children, families, and educators in creating nurturing and high-quality learning environments.
Throughout my career, I've been passionate about fostering strong, positive relationships and ensuring that every child feels safe , supported, and inspired to learn. I believe that open communication and collaboration with families are key to a child's success, and I truly look forward to getting to know each of you.
It's an honor to join this wonderful community, and I'm excited to work together to continue building a warm, engaging , and enriching environment for all of our children.
