My name is Meghan McNeal, and I am the Assistant Director for Chroma ELA at Rivergreen. I am a proud mom of three children and four fur- babies. My Husband and I have a Highschooler, one in Elementary, and one in Preschool at Rivergreen. We have been happily married 9 years this year and going strong! We are a highly active family with the Jeep and believe in supporting our community. We try to go on Jeep rides as well can that support causes such as Children’s Haven or someone who happens to be. in need. We believe in trying to get outside and being active as much as we can! I am. big into art and science field when it comes to home life activities such as baking or doing fun science experiments. I found my love for teaching within childcare after having my third child and returning to a job that would allow me to bring him. While beginning to gain my experience working With all age groups, I gain my TCC in December 2022. As I continued my path in childcare, I was able to use my background to work in GA PreK from 2024 to 2025. I have continued my education throughout the years but taking courses that provide me with further knowledge. I had the opportunity to gain experience even further with Chroma, when they offered me to work as an Assistant Director. I have management experience. from years prior running the front office in the Vet field. This opportunity I grateful took. and enjoyed working not only inside and outside our classrooms. My goal is to have the facility not only is the best, but to truly give families what their children deserve. Our goal is for it to feel like family for the children we care for and the staff who love them. This opportunity allows me to give back to the company, the staff, and all who have support all my dreams. I cannot wait for the future holds for everyone, and the children we nurture!
