Warm, Nurturing & Highly Educated Learning happens best in a warm and nurturing environment in the care of highly skilled educators. At Chroma ELA, all teachers are educated and trained in early childhood education and development. Teachers must pass a detailed background check and have extensive experience within childcare or education. Chroma teachers are also required to continue their education through professional development opportunities and mandatory training to meet strict local and state licensing regulations.
